High pre-tension: Pretension is one of the most important factors to control the surrounding strata effectly. Facilitated with specially made torque-tension nut and “sandwich” harden washer system, this bolt can increase pretention 30%-50% compared with other similar bolt.
Equal strength: Using grade 350 rebar, specially treated thread reduce the steel working hardening and the thread part has same strength as the rebar.
Load indicator: A load indicator is designed to monitor the install load and control the quality of installation. You can choose single class and multiclass load indicator according to requirement.
This bolt has been successfully applied in the mining of below 800 meters and the entry
conditions of medium stress, without yield pillar trend, little dynamic stress.
